For bookings made with Free Cancellation, we require a 20% deposit upfront to secure the reservation and the final balance is due 1 month prior to the stay. If the booking is within the month we require the full payment for the stay upfront. This is fully refundable up until 21 days prior to the stay. If you were to cancel the reservation between 20-9 days, you will be liable for 50% of the deposit and if you were to cancel the stay any time after this you will be liable for 100% of the deposit. For Advance Purchase Rate bookings, full payment will be taken at the time of booking. Payment will be taken using the card you provided on Booking.com. If payment is unsuccessful on booking, you will be notified and will have 24 hours to provide updated card details. If the details are not provided within this time, we will cancel the booking.

As per our terms and conditions forgroup bookings we require a securitydamage deposit of £100.00 per apartment. This is payable one month prior to your arrival date. The securitydamage deposit is refundable after departure once the apartments have been checked by our housekeeping team.
Any anddamage caused to the property and apartments during your stay will incur a charge that covers the cost of repairs or deep cleaning.
