The pre-authorisation hold can take up to 7 days to release backthe guest’s account.
We offer a range of parking options, including discounted parking at the Highcross Rooftop car park or the NCP car park, which is adjacent to the hotel. Please speak to reception upon arrival to validate your parking ticket. Payment is made directly to the car park.
